提交申请
填写信息并从任何地点提交申请——全程在线进行，无需看房，无需预约。你将收到带登录信息的电子邮件，然后在 Neon Wood 应用中上传两份文件：有效护照或身份证件 以及你的 在读证明或录取通知书。两份文件上的姓名必须一致。
签署租约并付款
登录应用审阅并确认租赁合同，然后转账押金和预付款。我们确认付款后，你将通过电子邮件收到双方签署的租约。在收到租约之前，请勿出行或前往办理入住——这是一切已完成的确认。
办理入住并搬入
入住时，驻场团队会交付钥匙并带你查看公寓。你们将一起完成交接记录，记录公寓状况——这能保护你的押金，请花时间记下发现的任何问题。你的登记文件在第一天即可领取，以便在新地址办理登记。
