继续阅读Watergate is a split-level, two-room club overlooking the River Spree in Berlin’s Kreuzberg neighbourhood. Located on the river’s edge with floor-to-ceiling glass windows, it offers a panoramic view of the Spree with curtains that let the daylight in, allowing an incredible view from the dancefloor as the sun goes up and you listen to house and techno.

提交申请
填写信息并从任何地点提交申请——全程在线进行，无需看房，无需预约。你将收到带登录信息的电子邮件，然后在 Neon Wood 应用中上传两份文件：有效护照或身份证件 以及你的 在读证明或录取通知书。两份文件上的姓名必须一致。
签署租约并付款
登录应用审阅并确认租赁合同，然后转账押金和预付款。我们确认付款后，你将通过电子邮件收到双方签署的租约。在收到租约之前，请勿出行或前往办理入住——这是一切已完成的确认。
办理入住并搬入
入住时，驻场团队会交付钥匙并带你查看公寓。你们将一起完成交接记录，记录公寓状况——这能保护你的押金，请花时间记下发现的任何问题。你的登记文件在第一天即可领取，以便在新地址办理登记。
