This website is provided by Cresco Immobilien Verwaltungs GmbH, Rudi-Dutschke-Straße 26, 10969 Berlin, Germany. It is operated under the Neon Wood brand.

Neon Wood offers furnished student apartments in Germany. On this website you can find locations and apartments, view their features and prices, and start a booking online. You can also ask us about living at Neon Wood and about the booking process.

2. How to use the service

Follow these steps:

Open neonwood.com.

Choose a location through the navigation, the map, or the apartment listing.

Open an apartment to see its size, features, price, and other details.

Start a booking with “Rent now” or the booking page.

Allow external services in the cookie settings when you want the booking area to load.

Continue the booking in the embedded booking area. It asks for the further personal, contract, and payment details.

For questions, use the contact page, the telephone number, or the email address below.

After booking, the member area is available through a separate sign-in link.

Parking spaces and starter packages can also be requested through embedded booking areas. They require the same consent for external services.

3. How the accessibility requirements are addressed

The technical implementation is guided by the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz, BFSG), the Accessibility Strengthening Act Ordinance (Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsverordnung, BFSGV), the requirements of EN 301 549 that apply to digital services, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.

The homepage video has a pause button.

Gallery dialogs use a dialog with focus management and can be closed with Escape.

Cookie settings can be operated by keyboard.

When the operating system setting “reduce motion” is enabled, several animations are shown in a static form.

External booking content loads only after you allow external services.

After that consent, booking, starter packages, and parking requests appear in an embedded Salesforce area. The member area is a separate Salesforce sign-in. Chat is provided by Crescore. Virtual tours are embedded on location and apartment pages. These parts belong to the use of the service. Their accessibility was not fully tested.

Known limitation

Some headings appear letter by letter in changing colors. This animation remains part of the design. During the short animation, individual letters can temporarily have insufficient color contrast. The heading remains available as text to screen readers. When “reduce motion” is enabled, these headings appear in their final color without animation.
