Riedberg is built around Goethe University's natural sciences campus, and Neon Wood sits a few minutes' walk from it on Marie-Curie-Straße. The district is new enough that everything is close together: cafés and restaurants, supermarkets and everyday shops, all within a short walk. And as the name suggests, Riedberg is high ground — you get the Frankfurt skyline on one side and the Taunus hills on the other.
Two U-Bahn lines and two bus routes connect you to the city centre and the surrounding districts, so the rest of Frankfurt is close when you want it.
Your apartment comes fully furnished, and the rest of the building is yours too — community lobby, gym, community kitchen, study areas, gaming room, movie room and laundry room. Rent is all-inclusive.

Security Service
Safety is very important to us. You can enter Neon Wood with a room card only. You can use your keycard as a digital form of payment. Cash, no thanks. Cameras monitor all public areas as well as the hallways. A security service is always on-call, if our community managers are not reachable.
Laundry Service
Whether in need of a clean outfit or a meeting point for the evening, the laundry hall has got it all. We have washers and dryers ready in their own unique lounge, along with couches and vending machines. Designed as a social space just like our lobby, washing clothes may even become a thing to look forward to. (extra costs)
Cleaning
We clean the common areas for you every day, so you always have a cleaned Neon Wood available. Upon request, we also clean your apartment. (extra costs)

We offer you some vending machines in our houses. Here you will find cold snacks & drinks and budgetary supplies for your daily needs. You can easily buy your articles cashless, easily with your keycard.

Choose your apartment type
Filter by city, move-in date, and budget. Within each type, apartments vary by size, balcony or patio, and accessibility — and you can pick your floor. Everything you need to find your perfect student apartment.
Send your request
Fill in your details and send your request from wherever you are — everything happens online, no viewings, no appointments. You'll get an email with your login, then upload two documents in the Neon Wood app: a valid passport or ID and your enrolment certificate or acceptance letter. The name must match on both.
Sign your lease and pay
Sign in to the app to review and approve your rental contract, then transfer your deposit and pre-payment. Once we've confirmed your payment, you'll receive your counter-signed lease by email. Please don't travel or arrive for check-in before you have it — it's your confirmation that everything is complete.
Check in & move in
At check-in, our on-site team hands over your keys and walks you through the apartment. Together you'll complete a handover protocol that records the condition of the apartment — this protects your deposit, so take your time and note anything you spot. Your registration paperwork is ready on day one so you can register at your new address.

Your all-in monthly cost bundles everything you need: rent, furnished space, internet, utilities, and our service fee that includes on-site management, common area access, and security. The exact amount varies by apartment type, size, and features (like balconies or floor level). You'll also pay a one-time move-in fee and a security deposit, fully refundable at check-out provided the apartment is free of damage beyond fair wear and tear.
