Live at Neon Wood Frankfurter Tor or Mitte-Wedding? Recommend us to a friend — you and your friend each receive a €100 voucher (Amazon, Apple or Zalando, their choice) for every successful referral.
Three steps to get paid
Prove your referral came first.
Email info@neonwood.com in one of two ways: either tell us before your friend's booking that they'll be sending an inquiry, or — if you missed that window — send proof of your earlier conversation (e.g. a screenshot with a visible date) after the booking. As long as the screenshot shows a date before the booking, we'll accept it.
Your friend signs a lease with us
Minimum term of six months.
Your friend moves in and their payment is confirmed
Once we've confirmed their first rent payment, we send both vouchers — no extra steps on your end.
Terms & Conditions
1. The referral must be provable before the booking date — not necessarily reported before it. You can notify us in one of two ways: (a) email info@neonwood.com before your friend's booking, naming them and stating they intend to send an inquiry; or (b) if you missed that window, send proof of your prior conversation (e.g. a screenshot with a visible date) — even after the booking — as long as the date shown is earlier than the booking date. Either way, the email must be sent to info@neonwood.com. We cannot accept referrals where nothing shows the referral predates the booking.
2. Vouchers are issued once payment is confirmed. Both the €100 referrer voucher and the €100 referred-friend voucher are sent once your friend has moved in and their first rent payment has been confirmed.
3. Eligible referrals. The referred friend must not have lived at Neon Wood or at Tannhaus Berlin within the past two years. This offer applies only to referrals submitted after September 8, 2026.
4. Eligible lease. The friend's lease must run for a minimum of six months.
5. Cross-brand referrals. Referrals to Tannhaus properties in Berlin are valid under this same program.
6. Property scope. This program currently applies exclusively to Neon Wood Frankfurter Tor and Neon Wood Mitte-Wedding.
7. Voucher choice. Each voucher recipient chooses independently between Amazon, Apple or Zalando.
8. No limit on referrals. You can refer as many friends as you like — each successful referral that meets these terms earns a new voucher.

Choose your apartment type
Filter by city, move-in date, and budget. Within each type, apartments vary by size, balcony or patio, and accessibility — and you can pick your floor. Everything you need to find your perfect student apartment.
Send your request
Fill in your details and send your request from wherever you are — everything happens online, no viewings, no appointments. You'll get an email with your login, then upload two documents in the Neon Wood app: a valid passport or ID and your enrolment certificate or acceptance letter. The name must match on both.
Sign your lease and pay
Sign in to the app to review and approve your rental contract, then transfer your deposit and pre-payment. Once we've confirmed your payment, you'll receive your counter-signed lease by email. Please don't travel or arrive for check-in before you have it — it's your confirmation that everything is complete.
Check in & move in
At check-in, our on-site team hands over your keys and walks you through the apartment. Together you'll complete a handover protocol that records the condition of the apartment — this protects your deposit, so take your time and note anything you spot. Your registration paperwork is ready on day one so you can register at your new address.
