The best thing about our Neon Silver and Neon Gold categories, however, is that all additional costs are already included in a flat-rate rent. No matter how much water or electricity you use and how often you switch on your heating, you only ever pay your fixed rental price and don’t receive a nasty utility bill at the end of the year. Maximum transparency and an all-round carefree package so that you can concentrate fully on your studies. And on top of that, of course, all costs for using the internet and the large communal areas such as the lobby, lounge, study area, gaming room & gaming areas as well as the use of the gym and participation in our various events are already included in your rent.
