Renting service apartments is easy with Neon Wood. We offer you everything you need to start your student life. Our student flats are in prime locations, fully furnished and stylishly designed in an urban style. In Berlin, you’ll find us in Mitte-Wedding, Frankfurter Tor and Adlershof. All our student residences are close to major universities and public transport. In Frankfurt, our student residences are located in the popular Riedberg district near the campus of the famous Goethe University. All of our student residences not only have serviced flats, but also spacious communal areas, such as a large lounge, a community lobby, study areas, a quiet room and gaming areas. Depending on the location, there is also a large communal kitchen and a gym that is open around the clock. Neon Wood offers you much more than just a service apartment.
You can rent Neon Wood Service Apartments at any time via our online booking system, which you can find in the Neon Wood app or on our website. You don’t need any extra documents, such as proof of income or a guarantee. Instead, we only need your enrolment certificate, your passport or ID card and, if you are under 18, parental consent. All available service apartments can be viewed on our website.
When booking your service apartment, you will see that there are different types of apartments in our student residences. You can choose between a double and a single flat, and our flats come in different sizes. Some even have a balcony, others have a terrace. If you’re still unsure which flat to choose, you can book a 360° online flat tour at any time. This will give you a better impression of the flat and make it easier for you to decide. All flats are fully furnished in a modern industrial design. You also have the option of booking additional equipment such as bed linen, kitchen utensils or a TV with our Neon Gold and Neon Silver categories.
Another aspect that is particularly important to us at Neon Wood service apartments is safety. To make life at Neon Wood as safe as possible, we have taken several precautions. For example, there are cameras in all public areas and in the corridors. In addition, we have staff who can be contacted at any time to help with questions and concerns. At night, there is also a security service that is always on call and can help if you need it. Another precaution is that we do not use cash at Neon Wood. Instead, everyone receives their own key card for the apartment, which also functions as a payment card. This card is also the only way to enter your apartment. Living in a Neon Wood student residence in Berlin and Frankfurt is not only uncomplicated and safe, but above all a lot of fun.
